After spending 35 years in purchasing for a large hospital system I must say I have never seen such exemplary customer service almost TEN YEARS after purchasing a whole house filtration system from Vitasalus. When I purchased the system I was told I may need to change out the filtration media in about ten years. I recently started to have rust and suffer order again and assumed it was time to change the media.
I contacted John C from tech services and he told me to try a simple fix that only required purging the system which worked almost immediately making the water at least 95% better . John let me know it's not environmentally sound to continue this practice and recommend another procedure using only a couple of inexpensive parts that will fix it completely. What sets John apart is he continually follows up without being asked to do so. You can tell in his voice how much he cares about his customers and the products he represents.
