"Good evening and God bless you Robert. I just want to give you a little background about why I began searching for home water filtration systems. My wife and I were blessed with a wonderful little girl in 2003. At the age of about two she began to have some small skin rashes which were quickly diagnosed as eczema. As the years progressed her skin condition began to get worse and infections followed. Trying to bath her was a terrible experience for all of us especially my little angel. My nutritionist had done extensive research to determine which whole house water filter would suit her clients best. With her 25 years of experience in nutritional counseling she picked the V-700 over all the other competitors. That was all I needed to hear. I live in a standard residential area and felt it was time to have filtered water not only for drinking, but also for bathing, washing the clothes etc. The unit was bigger than expected and I had to spend extra calling a plumber to hook it up. BUT I have piece of mind the water I am using on levels is pure and healthy.

We had the EQ-300 (bought in 2006) for about 6.5 years and now upgraded to the PureMaster V-700 and FluorideMaster systems. A great product that was straight-forward to install and our water tastes the best ever! Thanks again for continuing to sell these products. Compared to some of the other whole-house units out there, these are a bargain.

We bought the EQ-300 system 5+ years ago. It has worked great. It can be installed yourself but unless you're handy, it's best to call a plumber for a few hundred dollars (I hate wasting my Saturdays on things I know nothing about). Well, we needed a new system as the EQ-300 was "spent", so we upgraded to the PureMaster V-700 system. I even brought the plumber back out again to modify the installation to the larger V-700 unit and glad I did (I'm just not that handy w/ plumbing). We had researched all the other systems and found them to be wasteful (ie: RO) and still allowing microbes, etc into the water. Can't say enough about it.

We are extremely happy with the PureMaster V-700 and FluorideMaster Premium Whole House Water Filtration Systems, and the prompt, helpful customer service we've received. Water pressure was a concern of ours, and we noticed no drop in pressure after the system was installed. We are enjoying the freedom of being able to drink water from any tap in the house, instead of from a water filter installed at the kitchen sink. The water is clear and delicious without the chlorine smell it had in the past. And somehow the bath water now has a lovely shade of blue. Our plumber installed shut-off valves on either side of the filter system - highly recommended for ease of use.
